Levi Homes provides luxury home remodeling and construction services in the Houston, Texas area, including but not limited to kitchen remodeling, bathroom remodeling, general construction, room additions, garage conversions, and attic renovations.
All project estimates are provided as good faith estimates based on initial consultations and are subject to change based on detailed project assessments. Final pricing and project scope will be outlined in a separate contract agreement.
Payment terms will be specified in individual project contracts. Generally, projects require a deposit upon contract signing, with progress payments due at specified milestones, and final payment upon project completion.
Project timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors including but not limited to weather conditions, permit delays, material availability, and unforeseen construction issues. Levi Homes will make reasonable efforts to complete projects within estimated timeframes.
Levi Homes provides a warranty on workmanship as specified in individual project contracts. Warranty terms may vary by project type and scope. Material warranties are provided by respective manufacturers.
Levi Homes' liability is limited to the contract value of the specific project. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services.
Client information and project details are kept confidential. Photos of completed work may be used for marketing purposes with client consent.
Levi Homes reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with the revision date.
